Once upon a time, in a far away land (known as CANADA) there was a skinny blonde girl with knobby knees and a big dream. Her name was Tanis but her friends called her T. Unlike other little girls who dreamed of becoming princesses or gold diggers or rock stars, this little girl had bigger plans.

She dreamed of global domination.

This blog is the first step in that direction.

Before setting out to achieve her dreams, she had to survive being pinned down and farted upon by her older brother Stretch, and having to do her little sister’s homework. Her little sister was nothing, if not wily, growing up.

As the skinny blonde girl made her way toward adulthood and becoming Empress of Everything, she picked up a handsome admirer, named Boo. He was tall, blonde and muscular. He believed she would make a great Ruler of the World. Actually, he was dazed and confused by her beauty and her vast knowledge of curse words. She managed to trick him into marrying her.

They produced lovely offspring. Fric, a beautiful and crafty eleven year old daughter, and Frac, a handsome and shrewd ten year old boy. Then Shalebug came along.

He was an angel sent from above, who taught the family to see beyond the end of their noses. He lived, loved and laughed. Then he grew angel wings and flew to heaven when his mission was accomplished.

The now-adult blonde with knobby knees became an advocate and pitbull for families and children with disabilities. She is very effective at scaring the medical establishment and government agencies into doing what is best for people with special needs.

Shalebug so inspired the blonde with knobby knees and her husband with his love and grace they decided to adopt a special-needs child into their clan.

They are still waiting. Impatiently.

Every day is she is one step closer to accomplishing her dream of global domination.

Her children believe she is delusional.

That is all part of her plan.
